White Courts has had many changes of design even whilst being built, Shalford Parish Council has managed to have the building reversed, with frontage facing our village hall, the last but one planning change showed wooden fencing and conifer tree removed, with metal fencing similar to village hall, this was accepted and approved by the planning department. Current planning application 18/02023/VAR ignores previous discussion and reverts to fencing and conifers still in place.
The long-term considerations are wooden fencing will become dilapidated and become an eyesore to the entrance Shalford Village
