Causeway House re-opening & recycling sack reminder
This week we re-opened our doors at Causeway House to visitors by appointment only.
We’re encouraging residents to access our services via our website (www.braintree.gov.uk). If residents are unable to find the information they need on our website, or cannot complete a transaction online, they can call our Customer Service Centre on 01376 552525 and an Advisor will be able to help, or transfer them through to the service they need to speak to.
The service officer, may in turn, arrange an appointment for them if they are unable to resolve their query. When they visit Causeway House for an appointment, they will need to wear a face covering and use the hand sanitiser upon entering the building.
A reminder that recycling sacks will no longer be available for customers from Causeway House. Our annual clear sack delivery is currently in progress but in the meantime residents can order recycling sacks via the following methods:
• Online: www.braintree.gov.uk/clearsacks
• Email: email@example.com
• Residents without access to the internet can call 01376 552525 to arrange a delivery or alternatively they can collect them from their local library.
